Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to this website and to NETLinc communications services.
Effective date: September 13, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the netlincts.com website and, where referenced in a service order or quote, the communications services provided by NETLinc LLC, doing business as NETLinc Technology Solutions (“NETLinc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or ordering service, you agree to these Terms.
Services
NETLinc provides interconnected VoIP, unified communications, SIP trunking, number provisioning and porting, E911 registration, and related professional services. The specific services, rates, terms and service locations that apply to a customer are set out in that customer’s written quote, service order or master service agreement, which control over any general description on this website.
Descriptions, feature lists and starting prices published on this site are for informational purposes and are subject to change. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance until confirmed in a written quote.
Emergency calling (911)
Interconnected VoIP service differs from traditional telephone service in important respects. 911 calling depends on your internet connection and on commercial power, and may be unavailable during an internet outage, power failure, equipment failure, or a suspension or termination of service. Emergency calls route to a public safety answering point based on the registered address associated with the line or device. If a device is moved without updating its registered address, emergency responders may be dispatched to the wrong location.
Customers are responsible for registering an accurate service address for each line and device, for updating that address when a device moves, and for informing all users of these limitations. NETLinc provides required subscriber disclosures and equipment labels and obtains subscriber acknowledgment. Additional detail is on our E911 page.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use NETLinc services to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory or infringing content; to place unlawful telemarketing, autodialed or prerecorded calls; to transmit unlawful or unconsented commercial text messages; to engage in traffic pumping, access stimulation, spoofing of caller identification for unlawful purposes, or other abusive calling practices; to gain unauthorized access to any network or system; or to resell service except under a written agreement with NETLinc.
Customers originating calls or messages are responsible for their own compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, applicable state calling and consent laws, and messaging program requirements, including obtaining and documenting consent.
Numbers and porting
Telephone numbers assigned by NETLinc are provided under numbering resources administered by industry and regulatory bodies. Except for rights conferred by applicable porting rules, you do not acquire ownership of an assigned number. Porting of numbers to or from NETLinc depends on the losing or gaining carrier, the accuracy of customer service records, and industry intervals; NETLinc will manage the process but cannot guarantee a specific port date.
Fees, taxes and regulatory charges
Charges, billing cycle, term and any early termination provisions are set out in the customer’s written quote or agreement. Applicable federal, state and local taxes, surcharges, regulatory assessments, E911 fees, messaging registration and usage charges and similar pass-through amounts may be billed in addition to service charges and may change without notice when imposed by a taxing or regulatory authority.
Service levels and availability
Any service level commitments apply only where expressly stated in a written agreement. Services depend on third-party networks, internet access, power and customer equipment that are outside NETLinc’s control. Scheduled maintenance and emergency maintenance may interrupt service.
Customer equipment and networks
Unless NETLinc has expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for the local area network, internet access, cabling, power, and any equipment not supplied by NETLinc, and for maintaining the security of that environment, including credentials. Customers should monitor for and report suspected toll fraud promptly; customers remain responsible for usage charges resulting from unauthorized use of their systems or credentials.
Privacy and CPNI
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. As an interconnected VoIP provider, NETLinc handles Customer Proprietary Network Information in accordance with applicable federal rules; see our Compliance page.
Intellectual property
The content, design and marks on this website are owned by NETLinc or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. Other reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, services and website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NETLinc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the services or this website, and NETLinc’s aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer for the affected service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NETLinc harmless from claims, damages, fines and reasonable costs arising from your use of the services in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including claims relating to calls or messages you originate.
Suspension and termination
NETLinc may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, for violation of these Terms or applicable law, for conduct that threatens network integrity, or where required by a regulatory or legal authority. Termination rights and notice periods for term agreements are set out in the applicable written agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, except where applicable federal communications law or regulation provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance.
