Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)

Calling, messaging, video and mobility on one managed platform — for office, remote and multi-site teams.

The problem it solves

Most small businesses ended up with communications by accumulation: a phone system from one vendor, a video tool adopted during the pandemic, a chat app someone signed up for, and a conference bridge nobody can find the PIN for. Each one has its own login, its own bill, and its own support number.

Unified communications puts calling, video, chat, and conferencing on one platform, with one directory and one set of credentials.

What your team gets

  • One number that reaches them at the desk, on the laptop, or on the phone in their pocket
  • Video meetings that start from the same app as a phone call
  • Team chat with the same directory as the phone system
  • Presence, so people can see who is on a call before transferring
  • Consistent behavior in the office, at home, and travelling
  • Optional business SMS/MMS and AI receptionist capabilities

Where we're careful

Remote and hybrid work creates a real E911 problem. When an employee dials 911 from a softphone at their kitchen table, the address that reaches the dispatcher is whatever was registered — which is often still the office. We handle location registration for remote users as part of deployment rather than as an afterthought. How we handle E911.

Worth considering if

  • Your team is split between office, home, and field
  • You are paying separately for phones, video, and chat
  • Staff use personal mobiles for business calls
  • Onboarding a new hire means setting up four different tools
