Cloud Business Phone System
Business calling, mobile and desktop apps, queues, auto-attendants and reporting — managed as one cloud service.
Modern business calling without legacy PBX complexity
A cloud phone system moves the core of your phone environment off a box in your office and onto a managed platform. Your desk phones and apps connect over your internet connection. Everything that used to require a technician on site — adding an extension, changing where calls ring, recording a new greeting — becomes a change we make for you, usually the same day.
For most small businesses this replaces an aging on-premise system that has become expensive to maintain and impossible to change quickly.
What's included
- Unlimited extensions with direct dial numbers
- Auto-attendant and call routing by time of day, department, or holiday
- Voicemail-to-email transcription
- Desktop and mobile apps so your team can work from anywhere
- Call recording, queues, and reporting where you need them
- E911 address registration for every location and remote user
How the move works
We audit your current system and bill first, then build your call flow on our platform before anything changes. Numbers port on a scheduled date once the new system is tested. Most businesses cut over outside of business hours and open the next morning on the new system with the same numbers.
Porting is the part clients worry about most. It is also the part we do most often, and we manage the carrier paperwork ourselves rather than handing it to a vendor. More on how porting works.
Good fit if
- Your current phone system is out of support or expensive to change
- You have staff working from more than one location
- You want one provider accountable for the phones, not three
- You need calls to reach mobile devices without giving out cell numbers
